Horrible No Good Terrible Very Bad Decisions, the prequel!

Drafting Mike Aviles! Mr. Aviles is now done for the season, as his ligament injury never healed, and he is having Tommy John surgery. His final line for Consistently Erratic? 14/87, with 5 runs, 1 HR, 6 RBI, for a whopping .161 average. And I still like him more than Yuniesky.

I don't think the first place team gets to post on this issue

I maintain that Mike Aviles was a terrible decision, regardless of where I am in the standings. I'm not sure how anyone can argue that.

I *think* Spencer may have interpreted your post in the following way: "In spite of making a terrible decision drafting Mike Aviles, the rest of my decisions have been so totally superior to the rest of you that I still find myself in first place. Had I drafted ANYONE else, I would be so far ahead that you would all be punting the season right now... muahahahahahaha."

I interpreted it as you finding yet another opportunity to take a cheap shot at Yuniesky. Poor Yuniesky.

Cheap shot? I believe they are all well deserved. It's not my fault he's such an easy target. But yes, the main point of the post was to take a sot at Yuniesky.

I'd also like to nominate Andrew's selection of Nady in the 8th round, Morrow in the 11th round, and Wigginton in the 13th. Of course, Verlander in the 5th, Adam Lind in the 10th, and to a lesser extent, Swisher in the 18th make up for that. Andrew's draft was incredibly hit and miss, but between the hits and Edwin Jackson it really has worked out.
