I may be interested in trading some combination of my more mediocre players for a SP. Guys who may be available include:
Alfredo Simon
Kerry Wood (they both suck but they will get you saves)
Jacoby Ellsbury
Jorge Posada (only once V-Mart comes back of course)
Grant Balfour
CJ Wilson
Cliff Pennington
Corey Patterson
Hideki Matsui
Jim Thome
Edwin Encarnacion
Kevin Kouzmanoff
Alberto Callaspo
Most of these guys have some real value in 1 or 2 categories, so they might fit what you're looking for. I'm looking for a starting pitcher with an ERA under 3.8, WHIP under 1.25, and K/9 above 8.

Not to be mean, but you do realize you just offered to trade loose change for one of: Felix Hernandez, Jon Lester, Jered Weaver, Colby Lewis, or Phil Hughes, right?
The K rate is the real deal breaker here, interestingly. Out of the top 50 SP listed (sorted by % owned, the default ESPN ranking), only 12 have a K/9 greater than 8. Guys like CC Sabathia, Cliff Lee, and Zach Greinke don't make the cut.
Heh, whoops, maybe I'll have to lower those standards a little.
But, actually, I definitely think a fair deal for one of those pitchers you named could be constructed out of these players. None of them are incredible, but if you're looking to fill a specific niche they could do it. Don't underrate these guys too much. Corey Patterson, for example, has 16 stolen bases even though he's only been playing for the last 50 games or so.
